MORE MURDER AND MAYHEM IN MEXICO

Forget the Russians in Montclair. They were amateurs who probably couldn’t do any real harm. But these drug gangs in Mexico are DANGEROUS. Gun battles between rival gangs are taking place very near our border with Mexico. And a murder suspect claims that the US consulates in Mexico are infiltrated with people working for the drug cartels. US officials are denying it, of course.

Meanwhile our government does nothing to protect us. This administration holds national security hostage to “comprehensive immigration reform” by which they mean amnesty and US citizenship for millions of people who entered our country illegally. What a disgrace!

While Pres. Obama sends troops halfway around the world to fight terrorists, his failure to secure our southern border has left us open to attack.

Deroy Murdock, in his article in the National Review, reports that evidence has been found of citizens from nations with large terrorist groups, such as Iran and Pakistan, are crossing our border with Mexico. He asks if these people are coming here to do jobs Americans won’t do or to blow us to smithereens. If this article doesn’t scare you, nothing will.

Across the country, state and city lawmakers are taking immigration law into their own hands.

As the article from the Washington Post states, “In the first three months of this year, legislators in 45 states introduced 1,180 bills or resolutions dealing with immigrants, an unprecedented number, according to the NCSL. By the end of March, 107 laws and 87 resolutions had been adopted by 34 states, with 38 bills pending.”

OBAMA APPOINTS SANCTUARY POLICE CHIEF TO HEAD PROGRAM 287G UNDER OBAMA

It appears that the Obama administration is doing everything in its power to make sure that our borders are unsecured and our immigration laws ignored.

Program 287g is a federal program administered by the Dept. of Homeland Security. It trains local police to identify, question, and detain illegal immigrants. It is an excellent program which allows local police to cooperate with the federal government to enforce immigration law. It has been implemented in numerous states and counties around the country, including Monmouth County in New Jersey under then County Sheriff Kim Gaudagno, and has been a great success wherever it has been tried.

Well, all that stopped when Mr. Obama became President and decided to take a wrecking ball to the program. It has been gutted to the point where it is no longer as effective as it once was. And now, in the final blow, Obama has appointed a police chief from Houston, TX to head the administration of this program. This is the same police chief who insisted that Houston remain a sanctuary city for illegals even after one of his own policeman was killed by an illegal. This policeman would be alive today if Houston had not been a sanctuary city.

 “Other than Mexicans” are entering our country via our porous southern border with Mexico. Border agents have found evidence of Muslim prayer rugs, insignia with jihadist slogans, etc. Documents show people from Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan are entering our country by crossing the border with Mexico. This is a real threat to our country.

 Meanwhile, the Obama administration is doing everything possible to make sure that we Americans are unable to defend ourselves against this threat. Arizona passed a law allowing local police to cooperate with federal authorities to enforce immigration law and now the Obama administration, according to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, is planning to sue the State of Arizona.

Is Obama more afraid of Sheriff Arpaio arresting a few illegal aliens than he is of a nuclear bomb going off in one of our cities? I know that Obama said during his campaign that he wanted to “fundamentally transform” America. Between his pathetic response to the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and his ignoring the threat of a terrorist attack from an illegal alien crossing our southern border, I’m beginning to think that the fundamental transformation he had in mind was turning our nation into a wasteland.

TWO IMMIGRATION BILLS SENT TO PENNSYLVANIA SENATE

Contrary to what Gov. Chris Christie said in a recent TV interview, illegal immigration is not solely a federal issue. Gov. Christie would have you believe that state and local governments can do nothing to stem the invasion of illegal immigrants which is helping to wreck our country. In fact, a great deal can be done to stem the tide of illegal immigration as proven by the recent passage of legislation in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives which would mandate that employers use the federal E-Verify system to ensure that workers that they hire are American citizens or legal residents.

A similar bill, A189, was introduced in the New Jersey Assembly by Assemblywoman Alison Littell McHose and this bill should be supported by all NJCIC members.

CAMERA CAPTURES VIDEO OF ARMED ILLEGALS CROSSING THE BORDER

We are told by Homeland Security Chief Janet Napolitano that the US-Mexican border is more secure than it has ever been. If that is so, then why is it that hidden cameras captured video of armed illegals crossing the border and smuggling drugs and humans with them?

Could it be that Ms. Napolitano is lying to us? Or is it that she doesn’t know what she is talking about? Or maybe a little of both?

The Tea Bag Party are just “haters not debaters” or as others have dubbed them “screamers not dreamers”, with their failed attempts at stopping Healthcare reform, they say they respect the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence but they do not mind passing laws, through weak Governors (no one voted for this crazy) who only cares about getting elected Governor, on the backs of undocumented workers, that will not pass Constitution muster.

Brewer signed into law;
1. S.B. 1070,
2. No permit conceal weapons law,
3. The famous Birthers law,
4. Banning Ethic studies law,
5. Could she be behind the Mural in Prescott, Arizona, ordered to be whiten,
6. On deck to pass, no citizenship to babies born to undocumented workers,
7. If she can read she should look up Arizona’s House Bill 2779 from two years ago (which was un-constitution and failed when legally challenged),
8. The boycotted Martin Luther King Day, what idiots don’t want another holiday? Yes, you guessed it Arizona.

Well Arizona, you can boycott new holidays and keep passing crazy laws and the rest of us will continue to challenged them in a court of law and continue to add cities to our Boycott of your state.
I real cannot believe anything that comes out of Brewer’s mouth, in an interview she first said her father had died in Germany fighting the Nazi in World War II (war ended 1945) but of course we find out the truth that father was never in Germany and died in California in 1955. But we are suppose to believe everything else she says, right!

As for the Tea Bag Party, their phony patriotism is sickening; they are just racists going by another name. We all know you are just itching to put a sheet on their head? Let’s face it the Republicans had eight years to deal with health care, immigration, energy (remember Cheney’s secret meetings with oil companies where loosening regulation and oversight were sealed), climate change and financial oversight and governance and they failed. It appears that the Republican Party is only good at starting wars (two in eight years, with fat contracts to friends of Cheney/Bush) but not at winning wars as seen by the continuing line of body bags that keep coming home. The Republicans party will continue turned inward to their old fashion obstructionist party (and their Confederacy appreciation roots) because they continue to allow a small portions (but very loud portion) of their party of “birthers, baggers and blowhards” to rule their party. I will admit that this fringe is very good at playing “Follow the Leader” by listening to their dullard leaders, Beck, Hedgecock, Hannity, O’Reilly, Rush, Savage, Sarah Bailin, Orly Taitz, Victoria Jackson, Michele Bachmann and the rest of the Blowhards and acting as ill programmed robots (they have already acted against doctors that perform abortions).

The Birthers and the Tea Bag party crowd think they can scare, intimidate and force others to go along with them by comments like “This time we came unarmed”, let me tell you something not all ex-military join the fringe militia crazies who don’t pay taxes and run around with face paint in the parks playing commando, the majority are mature and understand that the world is more complicated and grey than the black and white that these simpleton make it out to be and that my friend is the point. The world is complicated and people like Hamilton, Lincoln, and Roosevelt believed that we should use government a little to increase social mobility, now it’s about dancing around the claim of government is the problem. The sainted Reagan passed the biggest tax increase in American history and as a result federal employment increased, but facts are lost when mired in mysticism and superstition. For a party that gave us Abraham Lincoln, it is tragic that the ranks are filled with too many empty suits and the crazy Birthers who have not learned that the way our courts work is that you get a competent lawyer, verifiable facts and present them to a judge, if the facts are real and not half baked internet lies, then, and only then, do you proceed to trial. The Birthers seem to be having a problem with their so called “Internet facts”. Let’s face it no one will take the Birthers seriously until they win a case, but until then, you will continue to appear dumb, crazy or racist, or maybe all three. I heard that Orly Taitz now wants to investigate the “Republican 2009 Summer of Love” list: Assemblyman, Michael D. Duvall (CA), Senator John Ensign (NV), Senator Paul Stanley (TN), Governor Mark Stanford (SC), Board of Ed Chair, and Kristin Maguire AKA Bridget Keeney (SC), she wants to re-establish a family values party, that is like saying that the Catholic Church cares about the welling being of children in their care, too late for that. Yee Haw!

Apparently there was one case which ended up in the courts around the turn of the century involving a man of Chinese background who was born in the US to parents who were in the US from China on diplomatic business. The court pointed out that the man’s parents were in the country LEGALLY, that he had no criminal record, was gainfully employed, etc. thereby implying that there were some conditions attached to US citizenship other than mere birth in the US.

Judicial Watch reports that the City of San Francisco now wants illegals to vote in school board elections.

If San Francisco can make up its own policies regarding illegals in defiance of the US Constitution, not to mention common sense, why shouldn’t Arizona make up its own policies?

We keep hearing from the open borders crowd that “immigration is a federal issue” and that we need “comprehensive immigration reform”, also known as amnesty. Meanwhile the federal government does nothing to secure our borders and enforce our laws and the states and cities are left to their own devices. If this continues every city and state will have its own laws and policies regarding immigration.

NEW JERSEY CITIES GIVE ID CARDS TO ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS

The battle of illegal immigration continues at the state and local level with cities in New Jersey giving IDs to illegal immigrants. This will, according to city officials, make it easier for them to access taxpayer funded health care services, recreational facilities, libraries, etc.

At the risk of being labeled a “bad guy” I would like to point out that our elected officials are supposed to be doing whatever is necessary to DISCOURAGE illegals from staying here.

Our elected officials should do everything possible to ENCOURAGE them to return to their home countries. This could be accomplished by securing our borders and enforcing the immigration laws which are already on the books. Instead, the Mayors and Councilmen/women of these towns try to make life easier for the illegals which then ENCOURAGES them to stay here and continue breaking our laws and draining our financial resources. And all this is happening in spite of polls which show overwhelming support for enforcement of immigration law.

Clearly there is a huge disconnect between the electorate and the political elites.

Republican Freeholder John Driscoll voted “yes” and Republican Freeholder Rob Hermansen abstained on a resolution denouncing the recently passed Arizona law. I am told that an abstention counts as a “yes” vote under Robert’s Rules of Order.

Hey, Freeholders Driscoll and Hermansen, it sounds like you two don’t have enough to keep you busy. What does the Arizona law have to do with Bergen County business? And why don’t you try to do something to solve the illegal immigration problem in New Jersey which is costing the State of New Jersey $2.1 billion each year?

TEXAS, UTAH LAWMAKERS PROPOSE ANTI-ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION LEGISLATION SIMILAR TO ARIZONA’S

Lawmakers from at least 2 other states, Utah and Texas, are planning to introduce legislation against illegal immigration similar to the bill which was recently passed in Arizona.

The ineffectual incompetents in Washington, DC, have kicked the illegal immigration problem to the curb for the last time and now the states are coming in to fill the breach. The states are rising up to do what our federal government is supposed to do, namely, secure our borders and protect our citizens from the dangers of out of control illegal immigration.

From what I’m hearing, there are a few more states considering taking these steps. This avalanche could bury Washington DC. I predict a long hot summer.

Arizona Gov. Brewer signed a tough immigration enforcement bill into law just hours after unprecedented criticism of the bill by Pres. Obama.

It looks like Obama was hoping to jam 12 to 20 million new Democratic voters down the throats of the American public just the way he did with healthcare.

I predict a bruising battle over this one. The health care bill can, theoretically at least, be repealed and/or defunded. Millions of new US citizens who reliably vote Democratic would really mean the end of our country as we know it.

Senator Menendez has hijacked the civil rights movement by claiming that immigration reform, by which he means amnesty for illegal immigrants, is a civil rights issue for Latinos. He has already started demonizing those who disagree with his positions, comparing them to the racists who opposed the civil rights movement of the 1960’s.

To compare the movement to ensure full civic equality for African American citizens of the United States to a movement to grant citizenship to people who have broken our laws by sneaking into our country is a travesty and in insult to all American citizens.
Well, Senator Menendez, here’s something for you to mull over: Secure borders and enforcement of our immigration laws is a civil rights issue for Americans.

RUTGERS LAUNCHES NJ “IMMIGRATION INFRASTRUCTURE MAP

Rutgers is planning to launch a New Jersey “Immigration Infrastructure Map” online. This map will provide locations of agencies all over the state which provide services to immigrants. Naturally, there is no effort being made to determine whether any of the immigrants who are getting services are here legally or not.
Isn’t it a crime to aid and abet illegal immigration by providing services to them? Aren’t our tax dollars being used to support this? Does Rutgers even care?

Don’t let anyone tell you, as my state assemblyman Fred Scalera told me, that “illegal immigration is a federal problem” and there is nothing that can be done on a state level to fight it.

All over the US individual states are taking steps against illegal immigration, especially when they see the damaging effects it has on their state budgets.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION AFFECTS BLACK EMPLOYMENT

“To be blunt, a lot of employers would rather not deal with black American workers if they have the option of hiring a docile Hispanic immigrant instead,” says Mark Krikorian, executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies. Krikorian’s organization advocates a large-scale contraction of immigration to America, one of the main reasons being that low-skilled immigrants aren’t contributing to the U.S. labor force in a way that American citizens can’t. Nevertheless, Krikorian says that easily exploitable immigrants remain attractive to businesses looking to eliminate hassles. “[Illegal immigrants] are not going to demand better wages, and they’re not going to ask for time off,” he adds. “And frankly, a lot of bosses are thinking, ‘I don’t want to deal with a young black male.’”

Most political analysts expect the debate over immigration reform to find new life in 2010, under a president who thoughtfully supports both increased border enforcement and the “recognition of immigrants’ humanity.” Wherever the discussion meanders, however—from amnesty on the left to expulsion on the right—from here on, it seems that anyone interested in speaking thoroughly on the matter can no longer do so without discussing its impact on black America.

This type of discussion has proved difficult in the past, however. “Many of the black scholars dance around this hard issue,” says Swain. “They do their research in such a way that it doesn’t address how immigration affects blacks. There’s a lot of pressure to say the politically correct thing—that immigrants aren’t hurting African Americans. Well, that’s not true.”

Jose Illegal has to make his $31,200.00 stretch to pay utilities, gasoline, and what he sends out of the country every month.

Joe Legal now works overtime on Saturdays or gets a part time job after work.

Jose Illegal has nights and weekends off to enjoy with his family.

Joe Legal’s and Jose Illegal’s children both attend the same school. Joe Legal pays for his children’s lunches while Jose Illegal’s children get a government sponsored lunch. Jose Illegal’s children have an after school ESL program. Joe Legal’s children go home.

Joe Legal and Jose Illegal both enjoy the same police and fire services, but Joe paid for them and Jose did not pay.
