ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE CONCERNED ABOUT HE BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP BILL

People from Mexico and I say especially Mexico have been leaving their families/children for decades in their home land and coming to the USA this is nothing new.

Many of them in the past left their families and came for a better life, but they came legally, and when they could some of them were able to bring their families.

But a lot of them ended up losing a lot of time away from their children and by the time they united with their kids they were already adults, so why is it that today they can scream and holler separation of families? Today they cross the border illegally leaving their kids behind, then after they settle here they start a new family here, having anchor babies on purpose in order to stay here.

Then if or when deported they start screaming separation of families, when they themselves choose to separate from their families, forget the children they left behind and pretend that they have to leave the ones born here behind also, do these people think that Americans are that dumb?

Well maybe I should answer that question, “yes some of them are” or maybe they pretend to be because of some special interest. A message to illegal aliens: “TAKE YOUR ANCHORS WITH YOU, PROBLEM SOLVED”. The other day Univision was televising “Saulito ” Elvira Arellanos little 8 year old who was traumatized by Univision and Telemundo. He lives in Mexico with his deported mother and he is just fine…guess what? He comes to our country since he is a ” US citizen” demanding changes in our laws, the kid comes from Mexico to demand amnesty! LOL

No one whatsoever in this country is telling them that they “have to leave their kids behind”, they choose to leave them because of the welfare check, or the social security check, (medical) and the free schooling that they are receiving, free lunches, free transportation, and free medical care, plus they can keep having babies in our hospitals “for free” isn’t that great? When they give birth the hospitals gives them the milk for the anchor, diapers, lotion, and an application so that they can go directly to get in the WIC program, free milk, for the newborn and the other 4 anchors, beans, rice, cereal, and whatever else they need. Why wouldn’t anyone want to jump the borders and give birth in our hospitals for free, and god forbid the woman falls or gets hurt because now we have “Ginarte” and other leeching lawyers telling them to hurry up and sue.

You see ladies and gentlemen the illegal aliens live off of their little anchor babies, that’s how they pay their rent, their brand new SUV’s, cell phones, and etc., the more anchors the more help they get, food stamps, WIC program, and I believe that they also get Section 8, low income housing,. Benefits that they are not entitled to. Plus if there is a Hispanic working anywhere in these government office, for money sometimes or just for the heck of it they are accepted no questions asked. Invent some social security number and your in. Working with real estate I noticed that illegal aliens could walk into a real estate office with $30,000 or 50,000 in cash to buy a house that even American citizens could not afford. When I found out that there would be no questions asked “just like everything else” when it comes to illegal aliens, I was shocked. The broker where I worked said that the new law does not ask anymore where they got the money and he just wrote down “gift”.

So when I hear illegal aliens yelling and screaming and acting in front of cameras with tears rolling down their cheeks, I realize what good actors they are, they deserve an oscar. Univision and Telemundo love to show their faces on TV, and if you have kids that you can make cry in front of the cameras that is even better yet.

Any child that feels like his mommy is being taken away will cry of course. Traumatizing children so that they can get ratings and try to convince us the American citizens that these poor people need all of our support, is a terrible shame. The law is the law and period. You can’t fool me Univision because I know exactly what your agenda is with the Mexican La Raza people.

I have compassion for people but when it comes to con artists people who I meet on a daily basis at work, I can see right through them, their lies, deception, they are constantly looking for naive Americans acting like victims but if you follow them you’ll see their vehicles, where they live, how they live, their businesses, in New Jersey alone most of the landscaping, construction, electricians (without certification mostly), restaurants, (selling phoney documents), employment agencies, (selling phoney documents and introducing people to commit marriage fraud). Most of these agencies are connected with every other illegal activity out there, cab drivers with no licenses, bus companies picking up illegal’s and taking them to work, while on their way, they sell them all kinds of fraudulent documents.
These people are doing very well in Jersey untouched.

TODAY THERE IS A NUMBER OUT THERE FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS SCREAMING ABOUT THE BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP LAW. THEY ARE WORRIED, AND I CALLED IN SUPPORT OF THE LAW. ILLEGAL ALIENS BABIES SHOULD NOT BECOME AUTOMATIC US CITIZENS. ILLEGAL MOM? ILLEGAL BABY…SUPPORT 1868. IMMIGRATON ENFORCEMENT AND SECURE BORDERS ARE WHAT WILL KEEP AMERICA SAFE FROM TERRORISTS

When naturalized U.S. citizen Faisal Shahzad was arrested for his terror plot to detonate a bomb in Times Square, it exposed more than the ongoing attempts by international terror organizations to attack America and the weaknesses in our intelligence gathering. The arrest of Faisal Shahzad was another in a long line of examples that demonstrate the need to secure our nation’s borders and enforce our nation’s immigration laws to keep terrorists from entering the United States.

For years, we’ve known that strong border security is a fundamental component of national security. If we don’t know who is coming into the country, then we don’t know what harm they might do us.

The Times Square bomber was able to gain U.S. citizenship because a background check failed to identify him as a threat. Shahzad attempted to blow up a car left in Times Square. Fortunately, his attempt failed due to alert citizens and a poorly constructed bomb. He recently pled guilty to terrorism charges and is awaiting sentencing.

Similarly, Omar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the Christmas Day bomber, had previously been given a visa to enter the U.S. But even after his own father called to alert authorities that Abdulmutallab might have been radicalized, his visa was not revoked and he was allowed to board a plane to the United States. As the plane approached its destination—Detroit—Abdulmutallab tried to detonate a bomb under his clothing, in an attempted suicide attack. His plot also was thwarted by alert passengers and a poorly made bomb.

Our national security policy should consist of more than relying on dumb bombers and smart citizens. Sooner or later, a terrorist is going to build a bomb that works.

In both of these terror attempts, our immigration system failed to keep these terrorists either from entering the U.S. or becoming citizens. Strong immigration enforcement and border security are the first line of defense against terrorists. If we can prevent terrorists from entering the U.S., we can prevent attacks on U.S. soil.

This is not the first time that our immigration system has been used by foreign terrorists to gain a safe haven in the United States. The 9/11 hijackers also received visas to come to this country. And once they were here, all but one of the 9/11 hijackers acquired some form of a U.S. identification document. These forms of ID ultimately helped them board commercial flights on 9/11.

Following the devastating attacks, Congress appointed the 9/11 Commission to examine intelligence failures that led to September 11. The 9/11 Commission recognized these immigration-related weaknesses as part of the problem.

To keep terrorists—who may already be in the U.S. illegally—from getting valid forms of ID, Congress passed the REAL ID Act. The law prohibits illegal immigrants — including terrorists — from obtaining forms of identification that can be used for federal identification purposes such as boarding planes and entering federal buildings. Regrettably, the Obama administration supports repealing the law.

To address visa security, Congress created the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Visa Security Program. The goal was simple: increase the security of the visa process at U.S. embassies and consulates around the world. At visa-issuing posts where the program exists today, 100% of applicants receive additional screening. Unfortunately, such screening only exists at 14 locations out of a list of the 29 designated “highest-risk” posts worldwide. At other posts, less than two percent out of 5.8 million applications receive additional screening.

The Abdulmutallab “near miss” is a reminder that we need full screening of visa applications at all “high risk” posts. That’s why Republicans in the House and Senate introduced the Secure Visas Act of 2010. It mandates that the Department of Homeland Security maintain the Visa Security Program at the 14 consular posts that already have them and create new units at the 15 other posts that ICE has designated as “highest-risk.”

Terrorists may also be exploiting weaknesses in the Southwest border to enter the U.S. illegally. In 2007, then Director of National Intelligence Admiral McConnell confirmed that the U.S./Mexico border is a gateway to the U.S. for terrorists. According to recent news reports, the Department of Homeland Security issued a terror watch regarding possible illegal crossings into the U.S. by terrorist suspects and recruiters. The report came from Texas authorities who allegedly were warned that Somali terrorists—members of Al Shabaab, a group aligned with Al Qaeda—are illegally crossing the U.S.-Mexico border.

It makes no sense to deny the link between immigration enforcement and national security. If we want to prevent attacks, we need to keep terrorists from getting visas and stop them from coming to the U.S. and obtaining citizenship. That means enforcing our immigration laws, not ignoring them!

Terrorists will use any means possible to enter the U.S. The only way to guarantee that we will not have another terror attack on U.S. is to strengthen border security and enforce our immigration laws. Until we do that, Americans will remain vulnerable to attacks.

This is a great message that needs to be passed around to everyone who wants to keep their country.

My great grandfather watched as his friends died in the Civil War, my father watched as his friends died in WW II, and I watched as my friends died in Vietnam. None of them died for the Mexican Flag. Everyone died for the U.S. flag.

Just this week, here in Texas, a student raised a Mexican flag on a school flag pole; another student took it down. Guess who was expelled..the kid who took it down.

Kids in high school in California were sent home this week on Cinco de Mayo because they wore T-shirts with the American flag printed on them. Enough is enough.

The below e-mail message needs to be viewed by every American; and every American needs to stand up for America. We’ve bent over to appease the America-haters long enough. I’m taking a stand. I’m standing up because the hundreds of thousands who died fighting in wars for this country, and for the U.S. flag. If you agree, stand up with me. If you disagree, please let me know. O’REILLY: OBAMA COULD FACE IMPEACHMENT IF HE PARDONS ILLEGALS

Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly is warning that if President Barack Obama ever bypasses Congress and uses his pardon power to make millions of illegal aliens citizens, he could face serious calls for his impeachment.

“If President Obama were to sign an executive order giving illegal aliens amnesty, his career would be over and an impeachment movement would explode,” O’Reilly said Friday night on his “Talking Points” segment during his top-rated Fox show.

At the same time, O’Reilly said he did not believe reports that the Obama administration would grant such a blanket amnesty.

Fox News, however, reported this week: “The Obama administration has been holding behind-the-scenes talks to determine whether the Department of Homeland Security can unilaterally grant legal status on a mass basis to illegal immigrants, a former Bush administration official who spoke with at least three people involved in those talks told FoxNews.com.”

The Department of Homeland Security estimates that at least 10.8 million illegal immigrants are living in the United States.

During his 2008 campaign, Obama promised pro-immigration and Hispanic groups that he would make an amnesty program a top priority. But such a plan has taken a back seat in favor of other Obama legislative initiatives, including healthcare and financial regulation reform.

With congressional elections fast approaching, both the legislative calendar and the climate for new immigration legislation appears to offer immigration legislation a slim chance of passing this year.

Republicans, led by Arizona Sen. John McCain, have been angered that Obama has done little to secure the U.S.-Mexico border, and have made that a prerequisite condition before any discussion of immigration reform can take place.

Reports that the Obama administration is weighing ways to circumvent Congress have Republicans worried. On Monday, eight Republican senators sent the president a letter saying they are concerned that he will grant unilateral amnesty to America’s illegal immigrant population if his efforts to overhaul current U.S. policy fail in Congress.

The letter called on Obama to abandon any attempt to “unilaterally extend either deferred action or parole to millions of illegal aliens in the United States. Such a move would further erode the American public’s confidence in the federal government and its commitment to securing the borders and enforcing the laws already on the books.”

The eight senators who signed the letter were Charles Grassley of Iowa, Orrin Hatch of Utah, David Vitter of Louisiana, Jim Bunning of Kentucky, Saxby Chambliss of Georgia, Johnny Isakson of Georgia, James Inhofe of Oklahoma and Thad Cochran of Mississippi.

GOP Rep. Steve King of Iowa told Fox News that the White House has solicited opinions from experts on possible avenues for granting “amnesty for a large number of people.”

A former Bush administration official also told Fox News that talks on the subject have been held by Obama officials who are “studying legal ways to legalize people without having to go through any congressional debate about it.”

Republicans believe that Obama is anxious to grant citizenship to millions of illegals so he can add millions of new Democratic voters to the electoral rolls, ensuring his re-election in 2012 and tipping the national balance of power in favor of Democratic candidates for the foreseeable future.

O’Reilly also criticized the Obama administration for its lax treatment of the illegal alien issue, noting that Obama had appointed Harold Hurrt to be the liaison between the federal government and states over the increasingly contentious issue of illegal immigration.

Hurrt is the former police chief of Houston and Phoenix, and O’Reilly says he is “outwardly sympathetic to illegal aliens. As [police] chief, he refused to enforce federal immigration law. Now Hurrt is a federal immigration official? Come on, that’s insane.”

Hurrt’s appointment “proves that the president is extremely left on the immigration issue,” O’Reilly said.

Now take a look at the next photo of the American uniforms in this same batch of stash hidden in the woods. Now what are Mexican drug cartel uniforms and American uniforms doing in there together??? What this looks like is a false flag type of situation. This is EXACLTY WHAT THEY DO IN AFGHANISTAN AND PAKISTAN, pit one group against the other, but its all bogus and no one knows it at the time. Check out these uniforms and see what I mean.

Because of that all the tainted KILLER VACCINES were pulled by all the countries and sent back. That is the only thing that prevented that “PSYCHIC” guess work on the pentagons part, from becoming reality.

Remember what you are reading below is in that PENTAGON DOCUMENT IN 1996. That is how far back they plan these things.

That was exceedingly interesting. and in the same document, they then predicted in 2010, NOW, there would be choas and violence in the mexico, US border region that would spread nationally and thus require military action and martial law to try and bring order and stop the killing. Washington, DC – Ranking Member Lamar Smith (R-TX) issued the following statement in response to reports that the Obama administration will challenge the 2010 Arizona immigration enforcement law:

“An Obama administration lawsuit against the people of the state of Arizona reflects the height of irresponsibility and arrogance. The Obama administration insulted the views of the majority of the American people who support this needed law.

“Arizona has taken a reasonable, constitutional approach to dealing with a problem that has been ignored by the federal government.

“Critics claim that the law promotes racial profiling, yet the law expressly prohibits racial profiling four separate times.

“Critics claim that the law requires non-citizens to carry identification that they wouldn’t otherwise be required to carry, yet federal law requires non-citizens including visitors and lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders) to keep their registration documents on their person. The Arizona law simply requires non-citizens to follow the federal law!

“Critics claim that the law requires police officers to stop people on the streets to question them about their immigration status. In fact, this provision of the Arizona law only takes effect if and after a police officer has made a ‘lawful stop, detention or arrest…in the enforcement of any other law or ordinance of a county, city or town……’ Individuals may not be stopped simply on suspicion and asked for their papers.”

Editor’s Note: Ranking Member Smith recently wrote in The Hill that the Obama administration’s hostility to immigration enforcement goes far beyond its opposition to Arizona’s law. When they catch an illegal immigrant crossing the Border, hand him a canteen, rifle and some ammo and ship him to Afghanistan . . . .

DETENTION FACILITIES TO OFFER BINGO, DANCE CLASSES TO ILLEGAL ALIENS

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and a private prison contractor have agreed to make a number of changes at nine privately owned facilities used to detain deportable aliens. According to ICE officials, the changes – which include offering art classes, bingo and continental breakfast to “low-risk” detainees – are part of the Obama administration’s previously announced efforts “to make the immigrant detention system less penal and more humane.” (Houston Chronicle, June 8, 2010; Examiner.com, June 10, 2010; Kansas City Star, June 10, 2010; See also FAIR’s Legislative Update, October 13, 2009).

The forthcoming changes at the nine facilities were revealed in a May 27 ICE e-mail. They include:
• “Relaxing security” by allowing “low-risk detainees” to have “freedom of movement” in the facilities and by “reducing” pat-down searches;
• Eliminating “lock downs” and “lights out”;
• Allowing detainees “to have visitors stay as long as they like within a 12-hour window”;
• Increasing “attorney visitation space”;
• Adding “un-monitored phone lines” and giving detainees “email and free, Internet-based calling”;
• Providing unit managers who “will be available to take complaints directly from detainees”;
• Allowing detainees “to wear their own clothing or other non-penal attire”;
• Providing detainees “at least four hours of recreation daily…in a natural setting, allowing for robust aerobic exercise” ;
• Offering “movie nights, bingo, arts and crafts, dance and cooking classes, tutoring, and computer training”;
• “Softening the look” of the facilities “with hanging plants” and “fresh paint and new bedding”; and
• Providing detainees with “more variety in their dining hall menus”, including “self-serve beverage and fresh vegetable bars.” (Houston Chronicle, June 8, 2010).

According to ICE official Beth Gibson, some of the changes to the detention system for illegal aliens will be in place within 30 days, while others may take up to six months to implement. Gibson sounded a positive note on the decision to relax existing detention standards: “When people come to our custody, we’re detaining them to effect their removal. It’s about deportation. It’s not about punishing people for a crime they committed.” (Id.).

ICE union leaders, however, have criticized the changes. Tre Rebstock, president of an ICE union in the Houston area, said that the changes would create “an all-inclusive resort” for detainees. Rebstock added that the changes would jeopardize the safety of ICE agents, facility guards, and the detainees themselves. Pointing specifically to the plans to relax restrictions on the movement of detainees, reduce pat-down searches, and eliminate lockdowns, Rebstock stated: “Our biggest concern is that someone is going to get hurt.” ICE official Gibson attempted to downplay concerns about relaxing security measures, noting that “as a general matter, it will be the non-criminals who don’t present a danger to anyone else who are benefitting from the lowest level of custody.” However, Rebstock acknowledged that some detainees may be classified as low-risk because they have no serious criminal history, but could still be gang members who simply “haven’t been caught doing anything wrong yet.” (Id.).

Rebstock also lamented the fact that American taxpayers would be footing the bill for the changes: “My grandparents would have loved to have bingo night and a dance class at the retirement home they were in when they passed away, but that was something we would have had to pay for. And yet these guys are getting it on the taxpayers’ dime.” ICE official Gibson countered that a private contractor would fund the changes at no additional cost to the feds. (Id.).

ICE’s actions caught the attention of lawmakers on Capitol Hill, including Senator Charles Grassley (R-Iowa), who sent a letter to Assistant Secretary for ICE John Morton. Expressing “serious concerns” about the changes, Grassley stated: “Giving illegal aliens access to computer training and tutoring, as well as dance lessons, cooking classes and movie nights, will only encourage illegal aliens to ignore the law and take more risks to defraud our immigration system.” Grassley went on: “Taxpayers would be very disappointed if the reports are true since they are financing detention and removal efforts. Expanding taxpayer dollars to give illegal aliens access to bingo, dance lessons, and the Internet is a slap in the face to hardworking Americans who foot the bill. It’s even more frustrating given that so many Americans are unemployed and looking for work while illegal aliens are getting free tutoring and computer classes to advance their own lives.” (Grassley Letter to John Morton, June 11, 2010).

In the last month I have been to Arizona twice. The first time was for a Tea Party Patriots training put on the The Leadership Institute. While there we talked with many of the Arizona Tea Party Coordinators. Toward the end of of dicussion we talked about the illegal immigration issue.

The second time I was there was for the Stand with Arizona rally at Tempe Stadium.

Mexicans here and in Mexico are rather upset by the recent enactment of stricter anti-illegal alien laws by Arizona’s governor.

In light of the following, that position demonstrates the typical double standard used by race-hustlers and assorted something-for-nothings. Read on, and read it to the end.

New Immigration Laws: Read to the bottom or you will miss the message…

1 There will be no special bilingual programs in the schools.

This is eye opening. When is the U.S. Government going to take some action. Arizona has taken the lead in the immigration arena. Why haven’t we seen these pictures on the national news broadcasts?

Take a look below at what AZ has to deal with, and this does not include, kidnapping, murder, extortion, welfare, medical coverage, the cost of educating undocumented aliens, etc.

We, in Arizona, know you’re boycotting us — but you really should come out here and see our Beautiful Sonoran Desert.

It’s just gorgeous right now! We know you’d love it and maybe you can share what you saw with the rest of the country so they can love it too!

This is on an ‘illegal super – highway’ from Mexico to the USA (Tucson) used by human smugglers.

This area is located in a wash, approximately 1.5 miles long, just south of Tucson, Arizona. If a flood came, all this would be washed to the river and then onto the sea!

It is estimated over 5,000 discarded backpacks are in this wash. Countless water containers, food wrappers, clothing, feces, including thousands of soiled baby diapers. And as you can see in this picture, fresh footprints leading right into it.

As we kept walking down the wash, we thought for sure it was going to end, but around every corner was more and more trash!

And of course the trail leading out of the wash in our city, heads directly NORTH to Tucson, then leads to your town tomorrow.

They’ve already come through here. Isn’t Arizona just beautiful, America?
Why would you boycott us???

Our desert has basically been turned into a landfill.

If these actions had been done in one of our Northwest Forests or Seashore National Parks areas, there would be an uprising of the American people…..but this is the Arizona-Mexican border.

You won’t see these pictures on CNN, ABC, NBC or the Arizona Republic Repugnant newspaper. Nor will they mention the disease that comes from the uncovered human waste left in our desert.

However, with respect to CNN, ABC & NBC, they do offer us “Special Reports” on cheating celebrity spouses….

This information needs to be seen by the rest of the country.

I add—-hunters organizations conduct ranch cleanups to maintain good relations with ranchers as we often hunt on their land. I have attended these cleanups in the past. One time we filled three large dumpsters just from one ranch. How would you like it if someone illegally came on your property and left this kind of mess.

10 PRINCIPLES FOR IMMIGRATION REFORM

1. The purpose of U.S. immigration policy is to benefit the citizens of the United States. We call on Congress and the President to enact and enforce immigration laws that are consistent with them and to oppose all legislation and policies that violate them.

2. Since immigration policy can profoundly shape a country, it should be set by deliberate actions, not by accident or acquiescence, with careful consideration to ensure that it does not adversely affect the quality of life of American citizens and their communities.

3. Immigration policy should be based on and adhere to the rule of law. Immigration laws must be enforced consistently and uniformly throughout the United States.

4. Non-citizens enter the United States as guests and must obey the rules governing their entry. The U.S. government must track the entry, stay, and departure of all visa-holders to ensure that they comply fully with the terms of their visas, or to remove them if they fail to comply.

5. The borders of the United States must be physically secured at the earliest possible time. An effective barrier to the illegal entry of both aliens and contraband is vital to U.S. security.

6. Those responsible for facilitating illegal immigration shall be sought, arrested and prosecuted to the full extent of the law and shall forfeit any profits from such activity. This applies to smugglers and traffickers of people, as well as to those involved in the production, procurement, distribution, or use of fraudulent or counterfeit documents.

7. U.S. employers shall be given a simple and streamlined process to determine whether employees are legally eligible to work. Employers who obey the law shall be protected both from liability and from unfair competition by those who violate immigration law. The violators shall be subject to fines and taxes in excess of what they would have paid to employ U.S. citizens and legal residents for the same work.

8. Those who enter or remain in the United States in violation of the law shall be detained and removed expeditiously. Illegal aliens shall not accrue any benefit, including U.S. citizenship, as a result of their illegal entry or presence in the United States.

9. No federal, state or local entity shall reward individuals for violating immigration laws by granting public benefits or services, or by issuing or accepting any form of identification, or by providing any other assistance that facilitates unlawful presence or employment in this country. All federal and law enforcement agencies shall cooperate fully with federal immigration authorities, and shall report to such authorities any information they receive indicating that an individual may have violated immigration laws.

10. Illegal aliens currently in the United States may be afforded a one-time opportunity to leave the United States without penalty and seek permission to reenter legally if they qualify under existing law. Those who do not take advantage of this opportunity will be removed and permanently barred from returning.

“As you listen to the news about the student protests over illegal immigration, there are some things that you should be aware of:

I am in charge of the English-as-a-second-language department at a large southern California high school which is designated a Title 1 school, meaning that its students average lower socioeconomic and income levels

Most of the schools you are hearing about, South Gate High, Bell Gardens , Huntington Park , etc., where these students are protesting, are also Title 1 schools.

Title 1 schools are on the free breakfast and free lunch program. When I say free breakfast, I’m not talking a glass of milk and roll — but a full breakfast and cereal bar with fruits and juices that would make a Marriott proud. The waste of this food is monumental , with trays and trays of it being dumped in the trash uneaten .

I estimate that well over 50% of these students are obese or at least moderately overweight. About 75% or more DO have cell phones . The school also provides day care centers for the unwed teenage pregnant girls (some as young as 13) so they can attend class without the inconvenience of having to arrange for babysitters or having family watch their kids.

I was ordered to spend $700,000 on my department or risk losing
funding for the upcoming year even though there was little need for anything; my budget was already substantial. I ended up buying new computers for the computer learning center, half of which, one month later, have been carved with graffiti by the appreciative students who obviously feel humbled and grateful to have a free education in America ..

I have had to intervene several times for young and substitute teachers whose classes consist of many illegal immigrant students, here in the country less then 3 months, who raised so much hell with the female teachers, calling them “Putas” ( whores ) and throwing things , that the teachers were in tears.

Free medical, free education, free food, free day care etc., etc, etc. Is it any wonder they feel entitled to not only be in this country but to demand rights, privileges and entitlements?

To those who want to point out how much these illegal immigrants contribute to our society because they LIKE their gardener and housekeeper and they like to pay less for tomatoes: spend some time in the real world of illegal immigration and see the TRUE costs.

Higher insurance, medical facilities closing, higher medical costs, more crime, lower standards of education in our schools, overcrowding, new diseases . For me, I’ll pay more for tomatoes.

Americans, We need to wake up.

It does, however, have everything to do with culture: It involves an American third-world culture that does not value education , that accepts children getting pregnant and dropping out of school by 15 and that refuses to assimilate, and an American culture that has become so weak and worried about ” political correctness ” that we don’t have the will to do anything about it.

If this makes your blood boil , as it did mine, forward this to everyone you know.

CHEAP LABOR? Isn’t that what the whole immigration issue is about?

Business doesn’t want to pay a decent wage.

Consumers don’t want expensive produce.

Government will tell you Americans don’t want the jobs.

But the bottom line is cheap labor. The phrase “cheap labor” is a myth, a farce, and a lie. There is no such thing as “cheap labor.”

Take, for example, an illegal alien with a wife and five children. He takes a job for $5.00 or 6.00/hour. At that wage, with six dependents, he pays no income tax, yet at the end of the year, if he files an Income Tax Return , he gets an ” earned income credit ” of up to $3,200 free.

He qualifies for Section 8 housing and subsidized rent.

He qualifies for food stamps.

He qualifies for free (no deductible, no co-pay) health care.

His children get free breakfasts and lunches at school.

He requires bilingual teachers and books.

He qualifies for relief from high energy bills.

If they are, or become, aged, blind or disabled , they qualify for SSI. If qualified for SSI they can qualify for Medicaid. All of this is at (our) taxpayer’s expense.

He doesn’t worry about car insurance, life insurance, or homeowners insurance.

Taxpayers provide Spanish language signs, bulletins and printed material.

He and his family receive the equivalent of $20.00 to $30.00/hour in benefits.

Working Americans are lucky to have $5.00 or $6..00/hour left after paying their bills and his.

Cheap labor? YEAH RIGHT!

THESE ARE THE QUESTIONS WE SHOULD BE ADDRESSING TO THE CONGRESSIONAL MEMBERS OF EITHER PARTY. ‘AND WHEN THEY LIE TO US AND DON’T DO AS THEY SAY, WE SHOULD REPLACE THEM .

Please pass this on to as many as possible. Immigration legislation is to be considered in 2010. This is important to working Americans, our economy and our American culture and heritage.

URGE SENATE TO DEMAND WORKER VERIFICATION IN JOBS BILL!

The Senate has passed a jobs bill, seeking to put many unemployed Americans back to work. Unfortunately they refused to include any worker verification provisions that would prevent illegal aliens from also gaining access to U.S. jobs. American workers will continue to face unneeded competition for jobs, as long as illegal aliens will be allowed continuous access to our job markets.

Countless times already the American public has spoken loud and clear about their disapproval for illegal aliens being allowed to work U.S. jobs while the government does nothing to stop it. Tell your Senators that without worker verification, many Americans will continue to be left out of the jobs they rightfully deserve.

CPAC – MOST SPEAKERS AVOID THE “I” WORD (IMMIGRATION)

Most of the spotlighted conservative leaders at the giant CPAC convention this weekend showed that they are far more interested in the feelings of Republican Party major donors than in offering help for 25 million Americans who can’t find a full-time job.

Americans might have hoped that finally at this meeting there would be a sign of true leadership in stopping the massive importation of new foreign workers during a jobs depression. But on that topic, hope was as scarce as at the Obama White House.

But reports from those at the convention (I wasn’t there) indicated that the thousands of (mostly young) conservative attendees seemed to have a much better grasp of what the country needs on immigration.

They exploded into a standing ovation when a freshman congressman on Saturday finally broke the taboo and stated emphatically:

We need to lock down the border and enforce visas, reject amnesty and enforce our current laws, get rid of our rewards and incentives to be here illegally, mandate E-Verify . . . .

– Congressman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah)

For three days, one star speaker after another from Congress, from the media, from the conservative pantheon and from potential presidential hopefuls glaringly avoided immigration when given the microphone in the big room. (See P.S. about a couple of exceptions.)

The mood for the convention had been set even before the opening of the annual extravaganza for conservative activists when some of the inside leadership of the convention made a big news splash with the argument that conservatives should stop talking about limiting immigration (and should support some kind of amnesty) if the Republican Party is to have a decent chance at winning elections in the future.

I’ve got news for those kinds of conservatives: The political independents of America — who are deciding one key election after another — are not going to be attracted to the same Big-Business-As-Usual, Country-Club Republicanism of the Bush era that always put immigration ahead of struggling American workers and their families.

And the many eye-witness reports from the conversations in the hallways and exhibit areas suggest that immigration-avoidance doesn’t sell well with the rank-and-file conservative activists, either.

There were a couple of excellent break-out sessions where small audiences could actually hear the immigration issue discussed as if it demands an urgent response. But it seems there was a pent-up desire to hear immigration tackled in a forthright way in the Big Room. There was a satifying release of emotion when Chaffetz finally violated the immigration blackout.

All the potential presidential hopefuls could have had the adultation Chaffetz received as their own if they had only dared to speak the obvious truth that came during Chaffetz’ address on foreign policy:

If we are going to have an effective foreign policy that is true to our convictions then we need to address illegal immigration.

No longer can we ignore the immigration problem. I believe it’s highly immoral and very exploitive.

Remember that Chaffetz is the young upstart who challenged incumbent Congressman Chris Cannon in the Republican primary of 2008 and beat him because the voters wanted an alternative to Cannon who was the House Republican leader for amnesty.

Cannon had represented the approach to immigration advocated by the only CPAC leaders who spoke up on immigration this year (for amnesty). Chaffetz broke the taboo in Utah just as he broke it at CPAC.

Cannon stood for the cheap-labor business lobbyists and campaign contributors. Chaffetz stood for the unemployed Americans.

The conservative and Republican stars who spoke in the Big Room decided not to take sides between the Cannon and Chaffetz approach. They just decided to ignore immigration. And that meant ignoring 25 million U.S. workers who want a full-time job and can’t find one, in part because immigration policy gives out 160,000 permanent and temporary, new and renewal work visas EVERY MONTH.

P.S. Congressman Steve King (R-Iowa) brought the room down on immigration in break-out session. And California gubernatorial candidate Steve Poizner in the Big Room (on the topic “Saving Freedom from the California Model”) said the state magnets for illegal immigration have to be cut off “once and for all” and the borders have to be secured by National Guard if necessary.

Latino organizations and the U.S. Census Bureau plan in the coming weeks to step up their campaign to persuade Latino immigrants — especially the undocumented — to participate in the population count. Latino leaders and census officials say the effort is unprecedented, and made all the more urgent by a campaign spearheaded by a Bergen County pastor calling on illegal immigrants to boycott the census because of the failure of Congress to reform immigration laws.

With Latinos fueling most of the population growth in New Jersey and nationwide since the 2000 census, Latino organizations in New Jersey and New York plan presentations in Bergen and Passaic counties to urge them to fill out the census forms when they arrive in the mail in March.
Census officials and political and community leaders say the stakes of an accurate count are high for all New Jerseyans because population growth here lagged behind that of many other states. The state could lose a representative in Congress and get less federal aid in the coming decade because population drives the funding of many federal programs.

In mid-March, census representatives plan to visit such immigrant hubs as Hackensack, Englewood, Passaic and Paterson, said Igor M. Alves, a spokesman for the bureau in Manhattan. Alves described the upcoming visits, billed as “Immigrants for the Census,” as a “final push” to urge immigrants to mail in their census forms by the April 1 deadline.

This follows a census launch of a Spanish-language version of its Web site, and first-time plans to mail bilingual (English and Spanish) forms to predominantly Spanish-speaking areas.

“This is the largest effort ever” to reach out to immigrants, said Arturo Vargas, a member of the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2010 Census Advisory Committee, and executive director of the National Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO), based in Los Angeles. “This is the third census I’ve been involved with, and I must say it’s the most coordinated and aggressive effort to reach Latinos and immigrants.”
Hispanics number an estimated 1.4 million in New Jersey, and 45 million in the United States. New Jersey, where 46 percent of Hispanics are foreign-born, has the nation’s seventh-highest number of Hispanics. Hispanics make up the majority of both legal and illegal immigrants in the state and nation.

NALEO has been a key force in the national push for Latino participation in the census. NALEO and other Latino organizations are using social networking sites and partnering with Spanish-language television networks to explain the importance of an accurate census count and to dispel fears about how the U.S. government will use the information.

But the outreach coincides with a highly publicized campaign by a national Latino clergy group, headed by the Rev. Miguel Rivera of Ridgefield Park, that is pushing for the undocumented to boycott the census because political leaders have not passed comprehensive immigration reform. Rivera says his group’s 20,000 or so member churches, which are mainly evangelical, include more than 1 million undocumented immigrants who will boycott the census.

Rivera argues that politicians want illegal immigrants to participate in the census on grounds that greater population numbers will help bring more funding and help keep or add Congressional districts, but that those leaders have failed to pass reform bills that would — besides tightening enforcement — provide a path to legalization for immigrants who qualify.

His group is “full speed ahead with a call to boycott the census,” Rivera said, “as a matter of principle and the most effective free expression activism, by those who are not considered or heard.”

Those who oppose the boycott say they sympathize with Rivera’s frustration over the stalled efforts in recent years to pass comprehensive immigration reform but say that telling the undocumented — who, they note, benefit from services that are government-funded — to go uncounted will only bring more hardship to them.

In their message to the undocumented about the census, many Latino leaders are outright denouncing the boycott and telling immigrants to ignore it. One of the boycott’s most vocal critics is Frank Argote-Freyre, a Kean University professor who was appointed by former Gov. Jon Corzine in his last week in office to head the Commission on New Americans, which is to focus on immigrants.

“There’s little rationale to the boycott,” said Argote-Freyre, acting head of the Latino Action Network, a new statewide organization that plans to focus on Latino policy issues.

NALEO has actively sought the support of other evangelical pastor organizations in order to, among other things, isolate Rivera and the boycott.

“We’re trying to demonstrate that the vast number of Latino religious leaders, community activists and immigration reform activists are supporting a full census count,” Vargas said. “Part of our strategy is to get the support of people who have the trust of the local community and to show Mr. Rivera as a lone wolf in his struggle.”

In mass e-mails and talks around the country, Rivera denounces such Latino organizations as traitors to the undocumented.”Instead of supporting the efforts of millions of undocumented immigrants to boycott the census, these entities decided to fight our pastors and divide our churches,” Rivera said.

For their part, census officials are relying on local organizations and religious leaders to gain the trust of immigrants.

“We want to deliver the message with their own leaders standing shoulder to shoulder with us,” Alves said.

Latino leaders and census officials say the effort is unprecedented, and made all the more urgent by a campaign spearheaded by a Bergen County pastor calling on illegal immigrants to boycott the census because of the failure of Congress to reform immigration laws.

Census officials and political and community leaders say the stakes of an accurate count are high for all New Jerseyans because population growth here lagged behind that of many other states. The state could lose a representative in Congress and get less federal aid in the coming decade because population drives the funding of many federal programs.

Those who oppose the boycott say:
Illegal immigrants and their children rely on services that receive funding based on census data.

Illegal immigrants will hurt, not help, their chances of seeing Congress pass comprehensive immigration reform by not participating in the census because political leaders will not have a true sense of the size of the illegal population.

Illegal immigrants should not fear providing information to census officials because they do not ask about immigration status, and all the agency’s workers are sworn to secrecy.

Those in favor of the boycott say:
A boycott would pressure Congress to pass a comprehensive immigration reform package that would include a path to legalization for those who pass a strict set of criteria.

Illegal immigrants are used in the census count to bolster population numbers that help determine the allocation of federal funding and the number of congressional seats, but they are barred from obtaining driver’s licenses, attending college at in-state rates and receiving many forms of public assistance.

The government urges illegal immigrants to trust the census, but at the same time expands programs that go after them and stir fears in immigrant communities.

Key Dates – March Census forms are mailed or delivered to households.
April 1 – National Census Day—Deadline to send completed forms back by mail.

April-July – Census takers visit households that did not return a form by mail.

December – By law, the Census Bureau completes delivery of redistricting data to states.

By law, the Census Bureau delivers population information to the president for apportionment. Census data are used to determine congressional districts and how approximately 84 percent of $478 billion in federal assistance is to be divided among the states. Census estimates released in December showed New Jersey slipping from its rank as ninth-most populous state to 11th, as other states grew more.

The estimate showed New Jersey’s total population at 8.7 million, an increase of 293,000 over the 2000 census, but 37 other states grew faster.

Analysts said the 2010 census would need to record 110,000 more people than the estimates showed for New Jersey, with the national numbers staying the same, if the state is to keep its 13 congressional seats.

With an estimated 500,000 illegal immigrants in New Jersey, making them among the largest undocumented populations in the country, census and community leaders say their inclusion in the count is crucial.
In mid-March, census representatives plan to visit such immigrant hubs as Hackensack, Englewood, Passaic and Paterson, said Igor M. Alves, a spokesman for the bureau in Manhattan. Alves described the upcoming visits, billed as “Immigrants for the Census,” as a “final push” to urge immigrants to mail in their census forms by the April 1 deadline.

This follows a census launch of a Spanish-language version of its Web site, and first-time plans to mail bilingual (English and Spanish) forms to predominantly Spanish-speaking areas.

Hispanics number an estimated 1.4 million in New Jersey, and 45 million in the United States. New Jersey, where 46 percent of Hispanics are foreign-born, has the nation’s seventh-highest number of Hispanics. Hispanics make up the majority of both legal and illegal immigrants in the state and nation.

In their message to the undocumented about the census, many Latino leaders are outright denouncing the boycott and telling immigrants to ignore it.

One of the boycott’s most vocal critics is Frank Argote-Freyre, a Kean University professor who was appointed by former Gov. Jon Corzine in his last week in office to head the Commission on New Americans, which is to focus on immigrants.

“There’s little rationale to the boycott,” said Argote-Freyre, acting head of the Latino Action Network, a new statewide organization that plans to focus on Latino policy issues.

NALEO has actively sought the support of other evangelical pastor organizations in order to, among other things, isolate Rivera and the boycott.

In mass e-mails and talks around the country, Rivera denounces such Latino organizations as traitors to the undocumented.

“Instead of supporting the efforts of millions of undocumented immigrants to boycott the census, these entities decided to fight our pastors and divide our churches,” Rivera said.

For their part, census officials are relying on local organizations and religious leaders to gain the trust of immigrants.

“We want to deliver the message with their own leaders standing shoulder to shoulder with us,” Alves said.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS USING OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM FOR THEIR “RIGHT” TO WORK (SUING SACRAMENTA, CA)

Dear Mayor and City Council Members of Costa Mesa, Calif:

I read with interest that your city is being sued (in an article as referenced in the link above and written below) by “day laborers” i.e. illegal aliens because of your rightful desire to limit the capacity of such laborers to seek work. Under immigration law illegal aliens have committed a civil offense for being in this country and correspondingly under the same law it is unlawful for them to work in this country without proper authorization as is granted via green card status. The contention that the civil rights of illegal day laborers are being violated is pure malarky and if anything at all, the advocates can be criminally charged and prosecuted for aiding and abetting illegal alien immigration. The contention that Americans without work are filling day laborer centers forcing illegal aliens to work on the street is a very poor excuse on the part of the lawyers representing the laborers as this is intended to merely muddy the waters. This is a frivolous lawsuit that should be recognized as such by any federal judge who swore on oath to uphold the laws of the land including matters that may incorporate immigration law regarding employment by unauthorized aliens. Without a doubt the lawyer(s) involved are violating the law with their intent being to acquire compensation for their unlawful interdiction.

I suggest that you utilize the resources of Homeland Security/ICE, the US Department of Labor and the US Justice Department to promptly stop this court action and affirm that this country can not be controlled by people who do not even have the right to be in this country. Any meddling by the Mexican government is a clear cut violation of American law and sovereignty.

It is widely known that the state of California has a profoundly severe budget deficit and a large part of that deficit is due to the presence of millions of illegal aliens who are a burden to your medical, educational, social and penal systems. Why your state does not rid itself of Nancy Pelosi, the incompetent witch from hell, who declared that our immigration laws are un-American is beyond me. To work in Mexico as a foreigner incorporates a lot of expensive red tape and most definitely Mexico does not tolerate illegal immigration. Unfortunately, due to the failure and complicity of our federal officials who swore on oath to uphold our laws we have a major dilemma which is being enhanced by the Mexican government right on your doorstep relative to allegiance:
